By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not provide professional appraisal, financial advice, or guaranteed accuracy.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Use of the App

You agree not to:

  • Submit images without proper permission or ownership
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App or its systems
  • Use bots, automated scripts, or scraping tools
  • Generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information through misuse of the App

We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to generate:

  • Historical descriptions
  • Estimated price ranges
  • Visual matches from online sources

You understand that:

  • AI content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
  • Identification results are not guaranteed
  • Price estimates are not professional appraisals
  • Historical descriptions may contain approximations
  • Results should not be used for investment, insurance, or resale decisions

The App is a reference tool, not a professional appraisal service.

5. No Financial or Appraisal Advice

All value estimates are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App does not offer:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment recommendations
  • Insurance valuations
  • Legal or certified antique appraisal services

Professional appraisers should be consulted for official evaluations.

6. Image Uploads & User Content

By uploading or submitting images (“User Content”), you confirm:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it
  • The content does not violate laws or third-party rights

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content only for the purpose of providing App features.
We do not claim ownership of your images.

We may store anonymized data (e.g., metadata, AI-generated signals) to improve system performance.
